The prime minister has told the UK Jewish community that “we stand with you now and always” as he updated Parliament on the dead and missing British people in the area, and the help to get others home.
Rishi Sunak also told MPs that UK Muslims were “appalled” by the actions of Hamas and added “we stand with British Muslim communities too”.
He said at least six British have died in the war, and a further 10 were missing.
