Amid the fire that hit a residential area in Davao City, several electric cables exploded, according to a GMA Regional TV report on “State of the Nation.”
About 150 houses were razed, two children with disabilities died while one of their cousins was injured.
According to the Bureau of Fire Protection, the two fatalities were trapped inside their burning house.
