MANILA, Philippines — Aboitiz Land, the property developer of the Aboitiz Group, is marking its yearlong 30th anniversary campaign, which will run from June 2024 to June 2025, with new project launches.
One of the highlights for the year is the launch of Amber, the second tower at The Strides at LIMA.
Aboitiz Land is launching the second building ahead of schedule on the back of strong market reception of the first building, Slate, which was launched last year.
The Strides at LIMA, located within the Aboitiz-owned LIMA Estate in Lipa, Batangas, is a mid-rise condominium development targeting investors who want to take part in the business district while enjoying the environment of Southern communities.
LIMA Estate is known for its integration of industrial, commercial and residential components and is accessible from Metro Manila with approximately a 40-minute drive from Alabang.
Amber, the second tower at The Strides at LIMA offers amenities and views of mountains and cityscapes.
There are also co-working spaces, pool and rooftop garden in the nine-story tower.
Aboitiz Land also partnered with the Asmara Group for the development of Foressa Mountain Town in Balamban, Cebu.
The project is a 257-hectare development which is being developed in phases. The development includes 19 hectares of lots ranging from 399 square meters to 2,040 sqm.
Futhermore, the company is introducing new amenities and features across its properties, enhancing the living experience for its residents.
“Aboitiz Land expands strategically from Cebu to Luzon with flagship projects like Seafront Residences and The Villages at Lipa, reflecting our commitment to innovative home solutions,” said David Rafael, Aboitiz Land CEO.
Each project, he said, is tailored to cater to diverse needs and set new standards in living.
Also part of its anniversary campaign, Aboitiz Land will embark on a road show abroad as its introduces its different projects to potential investors and buyers.
The company’s representatives will participate in key events in Italy and the USA. Until July 15, Aboitiz Land’s property specialists will be deployed in Italy.
Last month, the company also had a booth at the Sandiwa Fiesta Europa in Milan, celebrating Philippine Independence with the Filipino community.
Aboitiz Land will also be heading to London for the London Barrio Fiesta on July 21 and Investors Forum on July 27, then proceed to the US for further international engagements.
A subsidiary of Aboitiz Equity Ventures Inc., Aboitiz Land is a significant contributor to the Aboitiz Group’s goal toward being the Philippines’ first techglomerate.
