MANILA, Philippines — After being part of the first Fortune Southeast Asia 500 list, Digital entertainment company DigiPlus Interactive Corp. looks to sustain its growth momentum by further diversifying its digital offerings.
DigiPlus said it is continuously ramping up its efforts to diversify its portfolio with the continuing expansion of its product offerings.
“We intend to sustain our growth momentum by continuing to invest in innovation and new technologies to enhance user experience and adding new digital offerings traditionally well-loved by Filipinos,” DigiPlus president Andy Tsui said.
“By delivering innovative, fun, and accessible digital offerings, we aim to continue revolutionizing the entertainment space in the Philippines,” he said.
DigiPlus has introduced BingoPlus Poker and Tongits+ in its roster of digital entertainment platforms this year.
These latest offerings form part of the company’s efforts to continue investing in new technologies and product development.
DigiPlus was one of the 38 Philippine companies that made it on the first Fortune Southeast Asia 500, ranking 482nd overall with a revenue of $490.2 million and a $73.4 million profit.
“We thank Fortune for recognizing the promising growth and development of the region by introducing the first Fortune Southeast Asia 500 list. We are honored to be a part of this milestone,” Tsui said.
Last year, DigiPlus recorded revenue of P27.3 billion, three times higher than the previous year.
The surge was mainly attributed to the growth of its bingo platform BingoPlus and its sportsbook app ArenaPlus.
The company’s net income, on the other hand, rose to P4.1 billion, driven by its digital retail segment and new platforms.
