THE Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) urged businesses to honor discounts and other statutory benefits for persons with disabilities as stipulated by the law after the National Council on Disability Affairs (NCDA) reported incidents of noncompliance.
Assistant Secretary Elaine Fallarcuna said that the DSWD is dealing with incidents of company noncompliance through NCDA, its attached agency.
