A portion of the Immaculate Conception Cathedral located in Malinao, Pasig City was hit by fire, the Diocese of Pasig announced early Thursday morning.
Based on the photos posted on the Facebook page of the diocese, the area where people light votive candles seemed blackened by fire.
No further information was provided as to the extent, cause, and cost of the fire.
