Ivana Alawi has officially ended her stint as Bubbles in the hit series “FPJ’s Batang Quiapo”.
The actress took to her social media on Wednesday, July 30, to reflect on her journey as one of Coco Martin’s leading ladies.
“When I was first offered Batang Quiapo, a big question came to my mind. Why me? Can I do this? Do I deserve this? But because of my trust in ABS-CBN, especially Tita Cory and Direk Coco, and through my prayers, I accepted it wholeheartedly. And I am very proud of this show,” wrote Ivana.
She also expressed her gratitude to the show’s cast, crew, and viewers.
“So I want to thank everyone who is part of Batang Quiapo. From Direk Coco to all the artists I worked with, the technical staff, production staff, and utilities… Thank you for taking care of me. And now that one chapter of my life in Batang Quiapo is over, I will carry all the lessons I’ve learned,” she continued.
“From the bottom of my heart, thank you all for your unwavering support and love for Bubbles every night. Thank you very much, and I hope you continue to support Batang Quiapo. Until next time, Bubbles signing off,” added Ivana.
Ivana’s character was tragically killed off in Monday’s episode, marking a significant turning point in the series.
