MANILA, Philippines — The sons of television host and actress Kris Aquino rushed back to the US after they were informed of her “sad blood results.” The return of Josh and Bimby Aquino to the US was revealed in an Instagram post on July 22, 2024 by Aquino’s close friend Dindo Balares.
“Many expected Bimby to stay in the Philippines for a long time because his Mama Kris announced it in an interview with them by Ogie Diaz at their home in Orange County, California. Aside from preparing for school, there are also negotiations for Bimb’s career in the entertainment industry. So many of their followers are curious and ask why Bimb, with Kuya Josh, arrived and stayed in the country and returned to the US so quickly,” Balaraes wrote in Filipino.
Balares also said that Bimby was happy in the Philippines in the company of friends and relatives. He also said that the young Aquino has a promising career in the country. However, these plans can wait as Bimby’s priority right is the welfare of her mother.
In one of his updates, Balares noted that the Aquino brothers were already in California on July 17. As of Wednesday night, Kris Aquino has yet to provide details about her sad blood results. Since being diagnosed with several autoimmune diseases in 2022, Aquino has been in the US undergoing various treatments. During this time, she has shared health updates through her Instagram account.
