Lexter Castro, known as “Boy Dila,” for sticking his tongue out while using a water gun against a motorcycle rider said in Filipino at a press conference that he “deeply” regretted his actions during the festival. “What was intended as a playful moment turned into something harmful and disrespectful. I understand the gravity of my mistake and the impact it had on the community and the motorcyclist involved. I am truly sorry,” he said.
