Authorities are monitoring Molino Dam amid flooding in Bacoor, Cavite due to heavy rains.

According to a 24 Oras report by Dano Tingcungco on Tuesday, it rained continuously throughout the day, creating gutter-deep floods that made it difficult to travel on parts of Molino Road, Panapaan Road and Niog Road.

In Barangay Tabon Uno in Kawit, residents work through floods caused by both enhanced Habagat and the high tide.

(Around 8 p.m., the water in the house reached our hips. It has lowered, just a bit… It makes me nervous. Our wall is already damaged. We’ll endure it. We’re used to it.)
