MANILA, Philippines — Members of the Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF), also known as the Pag-IBIG Fund, affected by the floods that swamped Metro Manila on Wednesday may “immediately” avail of its calamity loan, according to the government housing agency.
In a statement, Pag-IBIG allocated calamity loan funds for affected members in Metro Manila, Batangas, as well as Cainta, Rizal and Baco, Oriental Mindoro, and in other areas where a state of calamity was declared by their governments.
