JUSTICE Secretary Jesus Crispin Remulla on Saturday vowed to bring to justice the perpetrator of the violent incident at the Department of Justice (DoJ) Action Center on Thursday that resulted in the injury of several of its staff.
Record showed that an unidentified individual forcefully entered the DoJ premises and caused disturbance.
“As we pursue justice for the perpetrator, we stand resolutely with DoJ Action Center personnel and the entire DoJ family,” Remulla said.

“We are unwavering in our commitment to ensure that such reprehensible acts do not go unpunished,” he added.
Prior to the incident, a security guard was assaulted by protesters attempting to vandalize the DoJ main office.
“Despite these challenges, we reaffirm our steadfast dedication to fulfilling our duty to the Filipino people by upholding the rule of law with unwavering integrity,” Remulla said.
The DoJ Action Center is tasked to receive complaints and requests for legal assistance from the public.
