“When I became a broker, I discovered that my job wasn’t done until I had satisfied both the insured and the insurer, but that aside from influencing either or both parties, I had no real decision-making power. I could only call it a day after I got both insured and insurer to agree. Very tough, but very rewarding when you get it right.”
EDEN Tesoro has clocked in nearly three decades — 28 years to be exact — of experience in the nonlife insurance industry. She describes her stint as “very challenging” in the field that she has chosen.
