SeaBank Philippines (A Rural Bank) marked the second anniversary of its mobile banking application and first profitable quarter by offering a cashback rewards program.
It said customers can earn cashback incentives across its features for every payment with SeaBank, including SeaBank’s Virtual Debit Card.
“We recognize the increasing adoption of digital payments among our customers, and it has always been our commitment to offer seamless financial management to Filipinos,” Seabank president Marco Cabreza said.
“As we have now become financially sustainable, we wanted to express our gratitude to our customers by offering the cashback program that we hope would resonate with them through their digital journey,” he said.
SeaBank early this year marked its first profitable quarter since launching the app in 2022. It recorded a net income of P110.7 million, crediting the profitability to portfolio growth of 127 percent to P13.0 billion and deposits expansion to P20.23 billion.
