Completing the top 16 were Sen. Lito Lapid, Interior Secretary Benhur Abalos, former Manila mayor Isko Moreno, and Makati City Mayor Abby Binay.

Those who landed the 17th to 24th place were Willie Ong, Davao City Mayor Sebastian Duterte, former senators Franklin Drilon, Francis Pangilinan, Gregorio Honasan II and Richard Gordon, Davao City Rep. Paolo Duterte, and entertainer Willie Revillame.

Reacting to the survey, Erwin Tulfo said he would rather believe a survey on the problems of the nation.

“It’s been going on for a long time since we began in Congress, there is always a survey and every election, there is a Tulfo being included…. I am enjoying my work in Congress, so right now, I don’t have plans to go up,” Tulfo told reporters on Thursday.
