A 12-year-old girl was found naked and dead on a roadside in Santiago City, Isabela over the weekend.
According to a report on “24 Oras,” the victim was found with her skull bashed.
Police said the victim had been dead for almost two days when her remains were found.
The victim was likely raped before she was hit with a rock and wood.
A suspect is now in the custody of police. He said he committed the crime because the victim had bullied him. —NB, GMA Integrated News
