Francis Earl Cueto MANILA, Philippines — As far as Local Government Secretary Benhur Abalos is concerned, fugitive pastor Apollo Quiboloy is still hiding inside the Kingdom of Jesus Christ (KOJC) compound in Davao City. Speaking in English and Filipino, Abalos said “without compromising police operations, there was strong indication that he was there.” He said, “In fact, a lot of our forces and equipment have been deployed that were capable of looking for him above ground and underground.” Likewise, Abalos said that the Davao Regional Trial Court Branch 15 protection order did not affect their operations.
The camp of the fugitive pastor sought the court’s help after police personnel swarmed the area to serve the warrant of arrest against him.
