MANILA, Philippines — The National Bureau of Investigation on Monday turned over Cassandra Ong to the House of Representatives on Monday.
Ong, a representative of Lucky South 99 Outsourcing Inc. and corporate secretary of Whirlwind Corporation, Philippine offshore gaming operators (POGOs) raided in Pampanga, was taken to the House after the NBI turned over Shiela Guo, sister of dismissed Bamban mayor Alice Guo, to the Senate.
Shiela and Cassandra were brought back to the Philippines last week after they were arrested in Indonesia.
The House quad committee looking into POGOs earlier cited Cassandra in contempt for her failure to attend the public hearings.
