MANILA, Philippines — A Davao Regional Trial Court ordered the Philippine National Police Region 11 to “immediately cease and desist” from the ongoing operations at the Kingdom of Jesus Christ compound in Davao City.
“The PNP XI is hereby ordered to remove all forms of barricades, barriers or blockades” that bar the access to and from the subject compound and under the petitioners’ religious, academic and proprietary right and the pursuit thereof by its officers and members within the surrounding premises,” according to the court order
