Foreign Affairs Assistant Secretary Daniel Espiritu has been appointed as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Ireland.
In a Facebook post on Saturday, the Presidential Communications Office (PCO) said Espiritu was among the new appointees under various government agencies.
