DMCI Homes Inc., a leading developer of resort-inspired residential projects owned by the Consunji family, said Friday it will spend roughly P9.44 billion to develop a new condominium project in Quezon City.

DMCI Homes said in a statement it launched One Delta Terraces with an inventory of 276 units and an approximate value of P4.88 billion on Aug. 20, 2024.

The 57-story condominium is rising prominently at the corner of West Ave. and Quezon Ave. in Barangay West Triangle, Quezon City.

Units at One Delta Terraces offer spacious living options, from studio to three-bedroom layouts, worth between P7.3 million and P21.7 million. The project is scheduled for completion in November 2029.

One Delta Terraces offers exceptional accessibility, being under 10 minutes from EDSA and the Quezon Ave. ramp of Skyway Stage 3.

The development is well-connected with nearby MRT-3 stations (Quezon Avenue, Kamuning and North Avenue) and the FPJ Station of the LRT-1, with an additional Metro Manila Subway station under construction.

Residents will benefit from proximity to Quezon City’s major business districts such as Vertis North and Eton Centris, along with a range of shopping options, including Fisher Mall on Quezon Ave., SM North along EDSA and TriNoma on North Ave.

The property is also near educational institutions like UST, UP Diliman and Ateneo de Manila University and healthcare facilities including Capitol Medical Center, St. Luke’s Medical Center-Quezon City and the Philippine Heart Center.

One Delta Terraces offers resort-style amenities including swimming pools, a gazebo, a fitness gym and an entertainment room.

The project was named after the Delta Theater that once stood at the site.
