A CHINESE man apprehended for urinating in public on Friday was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia.
The 33-year-old Chinese, identified only as Huang, was arrested by Pasay City Police while conducting routine anti-criminality patrol at the CBP Compound in Barangay 76.
When issued a citation ticket, Huang allegedly attempted to flee, prompting the officers to apprehend him.
Found in his possessions was an assortment of drug paraphernalia, including a small transparent plastic bag, an improvised glass pipe and an improvised plastic bottle.
The Chinese would be charged with violation of Pasay City Ordinance 1572 (Urinating in Public Place), Article 151 of the Revised Penal Code (Resistance and Disobedience to a Person in Authority), and Section 12, Article II of Republic Act 9165 (Possession of Drug Paraphernalia).
