MANILA, Philippines — Sheila Guo, the sister of dismissed Bamban, Tarlac Mayor Alice Leal Guo, and Cassandra Li Ong, a business partner, arrived at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 1 on Thursday afternoon.
Sheila, 40, and Ong, 24, who were escorted by four Bureau of Immigration (BI), were repatriated from Jakarta, Indonesia and immediately brought to the BI main office in Manila for processing.
