MANILA, Philippines — Manila Mayor Honey Lacuna and former Marikina second district representative Romero Federico Quimbo joined the political party Lakas-Christian Muslim Democrats (Lakas-CMD).
The party’s president, Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez, administered the oath separately to Lacuna and Quimbo at the Social Hall of the Speaker’s Office at the House of Representatives.
