THE Philippine Reclamation Authority (PRA) said on Thursday it has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), as well as the local governments of Parañaque City and Pasay City for the construction of a multilevel market atop the Redemptorist Channel.
Named “Bagong Baclaran Market Project,” the planned facility was part of the Bagong Pilipinas initiative of the government of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.
