MANILA, Philippines — Over 574,000 liters of oily waste have, so far, been collected from the MT Terranova which sank off Lamao Point in Limay, Bataan, according to the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG).
The PCG said on Wednesday that based on the report by the contracted salvor, Harbor Star Shipping Services Inc., the rate of oily waste flow during the August 27 operation was 13,574 liters per hour.
