THE Philippines advances in hosting the Loss and Damage Board pending final agreements with the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), Environment Secretary Maria Antonia Yulo-Loyzaga said.
The environment chief gave an update on Friday on the country’s progress in hosting the calamity fund following the bill’s approval from lawmakers. The board requires legislation for it to operate.
