MANILA, Philippines — The country is not expecting any tropical cyclone or low pressure area (LPA) over the next two days although the “weak” southwest monsoon or “habagat” is affecting Northern Luzon, the state-run weather agency said on Thursday.
Weather specialist Benison Estareja of the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said it would be another generally fair weather in most parts of the archipelago, especially at noon time.
