PRC announces MedTech licensure exam results

MANILA, Philippines — The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced that 3,872 out of 5,574 examinees or 69.47 percent passed the Medical Technologists Licensure Exam (MTLE), which took place on August 6 and 7.

It was taken in testing centers in the National Capital Region, Baguio, Cebu, and Davao.

Six examinees from the University of Santo Tomas (UST) were in the list’s top 10, including the topnotcher, who are as follows:

  1. Riana Beatriz Tungol Siron – University of Santo Tomas (92.30 percent)
  2. Jeremie Anderson Kiang Lua – Mountain View College (91.50 percent)
  3. Noreen Anne Conde Corpuz – University of Santo Tomas (91.30 percent)
  4. Patricia Danielle Banaag Navarro – Our Lady of Fatima University-Valenzuela (91.20 percent)
  5. Reigne Kristy Ortiz Cañada – University of Santo Tomas (91.10 percent)
  6. Dovy Galvez Dichoson – University of San Agustin; Julius Miguel Austria Tizon – University of Santo Tomas (91 percent)
  7. Nerfee Capuras Casilao – Silliman University; Kristine Mae Dancel Servañez – University of Santo Tomas(90.90 percent)
  8. Kristia Madel Crucero Arabaca – University of San Agustin (90.80 percent)
  9. Ma. Ruth Naomi Beltran – University of Santo Tomas (90.70 percent)
  10. Ernest Fonzy Cruz Bugarin – Chinese General Hospital Colleges; Jan Elvin Pagsinuhin Cezar – Cavite State University-Don Severino Agricultural College; Alyssa Joy Silva Palomo – Lyceum of the Philippines University-Cabrini School of Health Sciences; Keiner Josh Alimurong Yturralde – Angeles University Foundation (90.60 percent)

Online appointments in obtaining the Medical Technologists’ professional ID and certificate of registration will start on September 19.

Those who wish to take their oaths can register no later than noon of the day before the oath-taking and should register at https://online.prc.gov.ph to confirm attendance.
