Bamboo pole materials of the Peñablanca community were used for the exhibit stand and built by Pentur Farmers Agriculture Cooperative members based on a scale model designed and supervised by UAP PBPSC, UAP DA1b, UAPGA, and UAPSA, with these last two from Cagayan.

The second two-day bamboo training workshop, held in Baliuag, Peñablanca, and Cagayan, focused on clumping management, bamboo planting and rehabilitation. It was facilitated by Phil. Bamboo Foundation Inc. President and licensed forester Ed Manda, and led by UAP Philippine Bamboo Special Committee volunteer members.
