AFTER his release from detention at the House of Representatives, former Palace spokesman Harry Roque said he wished to spend time with his family.
“I wish to spend some quality time with family, especially with my understanding wife, who celebrated her birthday without me as it fell on the day of my incarceration at the House of Representatives,” Roque said in a statement on Friday night, following his release.
