THE New NAIA Infra Corp. will take over the operations of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) by Sept. 14 this year, said San Miguel Corp. (SMC) Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Ramon Ang on Monday.
He said that SMC would construct an additional off-ramp linking the NAIA-X expressway road directly to NAIA Terminal 3 in Pasay and finish it within one year.
