The net satisfaction rating of the Senate, House of Representatives, and Supreme Court (SC) slightly dropped in the June 2024 survey, the Social Weather Stations (SWS) said.

The latest poll, conducted from June 23 to July 1, showed that the Senate received a “very good” rating of +50 while the House and the SC both got a “good” rating of +41. Meanwhile, the Cabinet as a whole received a “good” rating of +47 as of December 2023.

The latest figures are slightly lower compared to the March 2024 survey where the Senate got +55, the House +45, and the High Court +46.

The Senate’s net satisfaction rating was highest in Metro Manila at +53, followed by Mindanao at +51, Balance Luzon at +50, and the Visayas at +48.

The SWS also said the House’s net satisfaction rating across all areas was good with the highest in Metro Manila at +44, Balance Luzon at +43, Mindanao at +39, and the Visayas at +38.

The SC’s net satisfaction rating was also good in all areas nationwide with the highest in Metro Manila and Mindanao, at +43 each, followed by Balance Luzon at +41 and the Visayas at +39.

The Cabinet, which was last surveyed in December 2023, has 58% satisfaction and 12% dissatisfaction rating.

Across all parts of the Philippines, the Cabinet’s net satisfaction rating was highest in the Visayas (+54), followed by Balance Luzon (+47), Mindanao (+43), and Metro Manila (+41).

The non-commissioned survey used face-to-face interviews of 1,500 adults nationwide: 600 in Balance Luzon (or Luzon outside Metro Manila), and 300 each in Metro Manila, the Visayas, and Mindanao.

The survey also used sampling error margins of ±2.5% for national percentages, ±4.0% for Balance Luzon, and ±5.7% each for Metro Manila, the Visayas, and Mindanao.—LDF, GMA Integrated News
