8990 Holdings Inc. subsidiary 8990 Housing Development Corp. signed a memorandum of agreement (MoA) with the Quezon City government last Saturday to provide 2,699 units for local government employees and informal settler families.
These units will be located in 8990’s Urban Deca Homes Commonwealth project near Batasan road in Brgy. Commonwealth.
