ALFAMART, the minimart chain of Sy family-led SM Investments Corp. (SM) and joint-venture partner PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk of Indonesia, will continue to expand its network and is targeting 400 new stores by yearend.
“Alfamart is focused on Luzon, as there are still many underserved communities,” Alfamart Chief Operating Officer Harvey Ong told The Manila Times.
