MANILA, Philippines — Former Bamban, Tarlac mayor Alice Guo attended the House of Representatives’ quad committee’s investigation into the Philippine offshore gaming operators on Thursday.
In a statement earlier this month after she was arrested in Indonesia, Rep. Reynan Arrogancia of Quezon province’s third district said that “We at Quadcomm look forward to confronting her in our public hearing.”
The quad panel is composed of the House committees on dangerous drugs, human rights, public accounts, and public order and safety.
Guo’s attendance at the House comes after her appearance at the Senate on Tuesday.
