“Malalim ang paniniwala ko na ‘pag tayo ay madaling magbitaw ng masasakit na salita, kabaliktaran ang effect no’n. Napakatagal magkaayusan. So let’s be careful,” Senator Pia Cayetano reminded viewers during the Sept. 8 episode of “CIA with BA,”which she co-hosts with Senator Alan Peter Cayetano and Boy Abunda.
In the ‘Case 2 Face’ segment, Zeavs and her sister Mygirl sought help to file a complaint against their mother, Grace. Zeavs alleged that Grace had hurt her on the day Mygirl had a court hearing involving Rolando’s children, her mother’s partner.
Grace reportedly threatened that if Rolando’s children were jailed, Zeavs’ education would be jeopardized, redirecting funds from her industrial engineering studies to bail.
Grace and Rolando defended themselves, claiming Zeavs was preoccupied with luxuries despite their financial constraints. Tensions rose as Zeavs and Mygirl were further upset by their mother’s comments.
“Wala na daw po akong karapatan mag-araw dahil may sakit daw ako, mamamatay din naman daw ako,” Zeavs shared.
Kuya Alan and Ate Pia emphasized the importance of family unity and the positive roles of both Rolando and Grace. Initially seeking their mother’s imprisonment, Zeavs, and Mygirl ultimately forgave her, leading to a reconciliation and heartfelt embrace.
The show is committed to supporting Zeavs’ education and Mygirl’s beautician training.
“CIA with BA,” continuing the legacy of the late Senator Rene Cayetano, airs Sundays at 11:00 p.m. on GMA7, with replays on GTV the following Saturday at 10:30 p.m.
