Grandparents’ Day serves as a day that commemorates our loving lolos and lolas who never fail to make sure that we are loved and cared for. Their unconditional love and care for their grandchildren deserves to be recognized which is why Araneta City is celebrating the special day with several fun activities they are sure to enjoy.
Titled Granny Rocks the 70’s at Araneta City, the Grandparents’ Day celebration features a number of activities in various areas throughout the day. A ‘70s Groove Disco Party will happen in Gateway Mall 2 at the Upper Ground B, Quantum Skyview from 10:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. Meanwhile, a Granny Makeover will be happening alongside a Grand Health Day at the Farmers Plaza’s Activity Area from 10:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.
There will also be a Grand Chess Competition held at the Gateway Mall 1’s activity area from 10:00 a.m. onwards while a Paint-A-S.I.L.Y.A activity will be held at the Ali Mall MacArthur Activity Area at 1:00 p.m.
The festivities are open for all to join today, Sept. 8.
