REPRESENTATIVES of marginalized sectors from Region 8, Eastern Visayas, have expressed strong interest in the National Maritime Polytechnic’s Basic Safety Training for Motorboat Handlers/Operators and Fishermen (NMP-BSTMHOF).
The group was composed of various associations, affiliations and cooperatives that participated in the 3rd Quarter Regional Basic Sectors Coordinating Council (RBSCC) and Regional Inter-agency Meeting and Learning Session last August 29 in Tacloban City.
