TV host and actress KaladKaren has officially tied the knot with her long-time British partner, Luke Wrightson.
The couple exchanged vows in a stunning clifftop ceremony in England on Sunday, Sept. 8.
In an Instagram post, KaladKaren shared a series of photos from their special day, expressing her initial disappointment with the weather.
Despite a thick fog obscuring the breathtaking views they had envisioned, she emphasized that the love and joy surrounding her far outweighed any external factors.
“Luke and I dreamed of a beautiful, sunny day at this fantastic clifftop wedding venue in England. It’s supposed to have the best overlooking views in North Yorkshire. On our wedding day, ironically, the views were covered by a thick fog! It was almost zero visibility! What a one-in-a-million chance!” KaladKaren wrote.
“Unlucky? Not at all. Marrying the love of my life, surrounded by our dearest friends and family, makes me feel like the luckiest woman alive! And hey, who else can say they got married in the clouds?!” she continued.
Luke proposed to KaladKaren for the second time in July, reaffirming their commitment after their initial engagement in 2020.
The couple celebrated their 12th anniversary just a month before their wedding. KaladKaren has gained widespread recognition for her impersonation of broadcaster Karen Davila and as the first transgender woman to win the Best Supporting Actress award at the Metro Manila Summer Film Festival in 2023.
