A magnitude 5 earthquake hit off the coast of Poro, Cebu on Sunday afternoon, PHIVOLCS reported.
State seismologists said the earthquake of tectonic origin occurred at 2:53 p.m. and had a depth of 10 kilometers.
The epicenter is located 0.49°N, 124.38°E – 015 km S 11° west of Poro town.
PHIVOLCS said intensity III or weak intensity was felt in San Fernando, Cebu.
