Miss World Philippines 2024 Krishnah Gravidez recently served as a judge for the Miss Zamboanga del Sur 2024 pageant on Sept. 16.
Dressed in a gown inspired by the province’s native coffee bean, designed by fashion designer Jerald Almadin, Gravidez graced the grand coronation night as part of the panel selecting the winner among 27 contestants.
After Guipos’ Devine May Torres was crowned, Gravidez shared her judging experience in an Instagram post.
“The Miss ZDS 2024 competition was one of the hardest I’ve ever judged. Striking pasarelas, beautiful faces, but most importantly, brilliant minds. They left me in awe of how they represented their municipalities and cities,” said the beauty queen, adding that she wished she could choose all the contestants as winners.
Gravidez also expressed pride in the growth and achievements within the pageant community, particularly in provinces, noting that pageants not only showcase the potential of each candidate but also highlight what provinces can offer to the world.
“Congratulations to all Zambosurian queens! I hope you continue to be queens who authentically, proudly, and passionately represent Zamboanga del Sur,” she said.
Other beauty queens who served as judges included Binibining Pilipinas International 2024 Myrna Esguerra, Miss Universe Philippines 2021 Beatrice Gomez, Miss Globe 2021 Maureen Montagne, and Miss Supranational Philippines 2021 Dindi Pajares. Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray hosted the event.
