Luxury real estate developer Anchor Land is set to unveil a PHP 20 billion skyscraper before the year concludes, as the property market continues to show strong and steady demand.
Celebrating its 20th year in the industry, the company remains committed to its core business principles of excellence and innovation, continually strengthening its portfolio and expanding its presence in key investment hotspots. Anchor Land Chief Executive Officer Steve Li stated in an interview that the group is gearing to expand and diversify into new segments, “The market is proving to be more robust than expected. As we tap into the increasing demand for condo and office space, we have also identified the growing interest for smart and sustainable investments, as well as the rising appetite for wellness tourism.”
