May magandang balita muli para sa mga motorista dahil sa higit P1 per liter na tapyas sa presyo ng mga produktong petrolyo na aasahan sa susunod na linggo.
“Another rollback will be experienced by the motorists next week, September 17,” ayon kay Department of Energy-Oil Industry Management Bureau Assistant Director Rodela Romero.
Batay sa nakalipas na apat na araw na international oil trading, posibleng nasa P0.90 hanggang P1.20 per liter ang mababawas sa presyo ng gasolina.
Nasa P1.30 hanggang 1.60 per liter naman ang inaasahang tapyas sa presyo ng diesel, at P1.50 hanggang P1.65 per liter sa kerosene.
“Weakening global demand prospects and expectations of oil oversupply are the main factors for the said rollbacks,” pahayag ni Romero nitong Biyernes.
Partikular na tinukoy ng opisyal ang, “OPEC+ revised down its demand forecast for this year and 2025 as reflected in the September Oil Market Report.”
Nananatili rin umanong mahina ang crude demand ng China.
“On the supply side, Iraqi’s and Libyan’s crude exports hit an eight-month high and have resumed loading, respectively,” dagdag ni Romero.
Nitong nakaraang Martes, September 10, nagtapyas din ng presyo sa mga produktong petrolyo ang mga fuel companies.
Umabot sa P1.50 per liter ang nabawas sa presyo ng gasolina, P1.30 per liter sa diesel, at P1.40 per liter sa kerosene.
