THE Philippines on Friday signed a $112.82-million project with the United Nations (UN) and International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) to develop agrarian reform communities and reduce rural poverty.
Representing the country were officials from the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) and Department of Finance, who inked the five-year financing agreement for the Value Chain Innovation for Sustainable Transformation in Agrarian Reform Communities (Vista) Project.
