MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth) will shoulder its members’ prescription glasses, crutches, walkers, and wheelchairs starting in January, House Deputy Majority Leader Erwin Tulfo said.
The additional benefits stemmed from Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez’s request to PhilHealth officials, Tulfo said.
