A security guard was arrested in Taguig City for allegedly seducing and raping a 16-year old girl.
According to a 24 Oras report by John Consulta on Wednesday, the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) revealed that the 29-year old suspect met the victim on an online dating app and introduced himself as a musician.
“From [the] dating app, ipapalipat niya sa Instagram at doon sila [nagkaroon] ng intimate exchange of text messages. Hanggang noong talagang naloko na niya yung minor ay nagkita sila sa motel, doon naganap ang pang aabuso,” said NBI – NCR Regional Director Rommel Vallejo.

The NBI added the suspect implemented other tactics to ensure the underaged victim would be able to enter the motel.
“Sinabi niya na gagawa sila ng fake ID. Palalabasin na of legal age na yung victim. Dahil sa panloloko niya, na-consummate ang panghahalay sa biktima. Pag uwi ng bata, nag alala ang mga magulang, at doon na nalaman na may nangyari,” shared Vallejo.
(He said they will make a fake ID. He will make it seem like the victim was of legal age.With of his manipulation, he was able to consummate the rape of the victim. When the child went home, the parents worried and that was when they found out that something happened.)
“Gawain niya ito dahil, ayon sa investigation natin, marami na siyang nabiktimang minors. Ipapatawag natin ang victims para ma-interview din at makapag-sampa ng additional charges,” the NBI official said.
(This is his modus operandi, based on our investigation, he has managed to trick lot of minors. We will be calling the victims to be interviewed and file additional charges.)
Operatives were able to arrest the suspect inside the motel room where they also found his latest victim.
