From its humble beginnings in 2004 with just less than 50 staff, SBO Manila has grown exponentially to over 4,500 employees, making it one of Shell’s largest business operations and one of the largest in the Philippines. It provides 24/7 world-class service to Shell customers, partners, and staff worldwide and is a cornerstone of support in finance, human resources, customer service, and many other critical areas.
