MANILA, Philippines — The Tulfo family expressed their sincere gratitude to those who condoled and mourned with them the demise of their mother, Caridad Teshiba Tulfo.
Speaking in behalf of the family, Rep. Erwin Tulfo also thanked those who sent flowers, donated to the foundations of their mother and everybody who helped until their mother’s remains were taken to her resting place at the Heritage Memorial Park in Taguig City on Sunday.
