MANILA, Philippines — Typhoon Julian is moving away from Batanes but Signal No. 4 remains hoisted over Batanes while Signal No. 3 is up over the northern and western portions of Babuyan Islands (Babuyan Island, Calayan Island, Dalupiri Island and Fuga Island) the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Monday.
In its 5 p.m. bulletin, Pagasa said Signal No. 4 remains hoisted over Batanes while Signal No. 3 is up over the northern and western portions of Babuyan Islands (Babuyan Island, Calayan Island, Dalupiri Island and Fuga Island).
